Fill your house with foods that are good for your body, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Quit stocking up your kitchen with food that is bad for you. Challenge yourself not to purchase tempting foods in the first place.
When you are losing weight, having people on your side is so important! While your friends and family cannot lose weight for you, the support they provide is invaluable in keeping you motivated. Having a support group, or even just one trusted ally, that you can call on during trying times, can help tremendously.
